Are you a professional real estate agent specialized in seasonal rentals ?

Most of the professionals specialized in seasonal rentals are members of FNAIM.  Even if you are not a member of FNAIM Cote d'Azur you may join the certification.

You may also join the certification whether you are a real estate agent working under the rules of loi Hoguet or within the legal frame of sub-lettings.

The certification doesn't aim to welcome neither the persons renting their own properties nor managing résidences hôtelières.
