Another local real estate agency obtain the certification

Cannes Rentals Certification (CRC) members are happy to say welcome to a new agency. Noémie Biales, who runs agence Raphael Immobilier, has committed herself by signing the CRC charter of excellence on behalf of her agency.

 

After a survey and close monitoring of the admission file the CRC members found that the agency fulfills the certification demanding conditions.

"Agence Raphael immobilier is an Estate Agency specializing in property rentals for seasonal and convention purposes.

At the end of 2007, after my studies in the Economics Faculty of the University of Nice, we set up the company RAPHAEL IMMOBILIER GESTION as a complement to RAPHAEL IMMOBILIER PROMOTION, a company founded in 1984 and directed since that time by my father, Philippe BIALES, who is also its majority shareholder.

We arrange uniquely short-term accommodation rentals, throughout the year, for seasonal stays and for convention periods. Our stock of properties is comprised principally of apartments.

We have a clientele of loyal clients who regularly return to us because they are satisfied with the services we offer (linen, cleaning, airport-city center transfers, shopping,... ) and with our price-quality performance. We work with selected tradesmen who provide same-day interventions in the case of any problem that may arise in the property rented.

The great majority of our apartments are situated between the MARRIOTT and CARLTON hotels, close to our agency, meaning that we can be highly reactive/proactive to your needs.

We maintain excellent relations with all of our owners, to whom we do not hesitate to pass on client comments so as to constantly improve the quality of the apartments they make available for rental.

We work in a serene, family atmosphere, which is clearly noticed and appreciated by our very varied international clientele. We can be contacted 24h a day by clients, owners and business colleagues alike.
